This integration synchronizes membership attributes (tier, status, category), engagement data (e.g., learning enrollments and completions) and e‑commerce transactions between Wicket and Oasis LMS in near-real time. Your members benefit from seamless single‑sign‑on (SSO) access, a unified login and a consistent profile across both membership and learning portals.

On the staff side, you gain a consolidated view: when a member completes a course in Oasis, that achievement becomes a touchpoint in Wicket, informing retention, renewal, upgrade and engagement strategies. Conversely, when a member’s tier changes or lapses in Wicket, their pricing, access and learning entitlements in Oasis update automatically.
