About You – 

As a Data Analyst at Wicket, you will be pivotal in delivering data-driven solutions that empower both our internal teams and clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, address complex data challenges, and make meaningful contributions across the organization. Your expertise will directly support Wicket’s long-term success and growth.

You will focus on – 

Data Migrations

  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to plan and execute secure data migrations.
  • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with requirements.
  • Document and share best practices to ensure consistent and efficient migration processes.

Report Development

  • Design, maintain, and enhance client-facing reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Use tools like Tableau to create intuitive and visually appealing dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to customize reports to meet specific client and internal needs.

Issue Resolution

  • Diagnose and resolve data errors and inconsistencies.
  • Identify root causes of data issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure reliability for internal and client use.

Workflow Optimization

  • Identify inefficiencies in data-related workflows and propose improvements.
  • Implement automation and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop scalable and repeatable solutions.

We’re looking for – 

  • SQL Expertise: 2+ years of professional experience writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries. Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Tableau / BI Reporting Skills: Proven experience creating, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards and visualizations. Ability to translate complex data into accessible, actionable insights.
  • Python Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Python, particularly using Pandas for data cleaning, transformation, and exploration. Ability to automate workflows and improve process efficiency.
  • API Familiarity: Experience working with APIs for data integration and fetching (asset, not mandatory).
  • Version Control Experience: Familiarity with GIT for managing collaborative projects (asset, not mandatory).
  • Process Optimization: Demonstrated experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing automated workflows to improve productivity.

  • Task Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, balancing competing priorities. A strong commitment to meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Initiative: A resourceful, self-starting approach to work, taking ownership of tasks and projects. A proactive attitude toward identifying opportunities to enhance processes or solve problems.
  • Adaptability: ​​Comfort with quickly learning and applying new tools, technologies, and methodologies. A proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
